Terms of Use

1. Provider

PostAir is provided by Helmuth Rieger, reachable at support@postair.ai. Further details are available in the Legal Notice.

2. Service Description

PostAir is an AI-powered assistant for generating LinkedIn comments and posts. The service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) via a web app and native apps (iOS, Android).

The app uses language models (currently Grok-3 by xAI) to generate text suggestions based on user input and saved persona profiles. Generated content consists of suggestions — the user is solely responsible for reviewing and publishing any content.

3. Account Registration

Using the app requires an account. Registration is available via email/password or LinkedIn OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

PostAir offers the following subscription plans, which renew automatically each month:

Each successful generation of a comment or post consumes 1 credit. Credits are only deducted for successfully delivered results.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

• iOS: Cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PostAir → Cancel Subscription
• Web/Android: Cancel by contacting support (support@postair.ai) or through the Stripe customer portal

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

Payment Processing

• iOS App: Payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. The Apple Standard EULA and Apple Privacy Policy apply.
• Web & Android: Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. The Stripe Terms of Service apply.

5. Permitted Use

The provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal and commercial purposes within the scope of these terms.

The following uses are prohibited:

• Automated or bulk generation requests via API or scripts
• Generating content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Sharing account credentials or allowing multiple individuals to use one account
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise interfering with app infrastructure

6. Availability and Liability

The provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The provider assumes no liability for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time within the app under Settings → "Delete Account" or via postair.ai/delete-account-en.html. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data, personas, and history. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple (iOS) or support (Web/Android).

9. Changes to These Terms

The provider reserves the right to update these terms. For material changes, users will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Dubai, UAE.
