Delete Account & Data

Here you can request the deletion of your PostAir account and all associated data.

ℹ️

Your right to erasure: You can request complete deletion of your account and data at any time. Deletion will be processed within 30 days.

A Delete directly in the app

Open the PostAir app

Open the PostAir app on your device and sign in.

Go to Settings

Tap your profile picture or avatar in the top right, then tap "Settings".

Select "Delete account"

Scroll all the way down and tap "Delete account and data". Confirm the action.

Account & login data — your email address, login information, and profile details Saved personas — all professional profiles and tone settings History & generated content — all previously created comments and posts Billing information — subscription status and credits (payment data is managed by Stripe and subject to legal retention obligations)

We have sent an email to the address you provided. Please click the link in the email to complete the deletion. The link is valid for 24 hours.

⚖️

Legal retention obligations: Invoice and payment data is retained for 7 years in accordance with tax law requirements. Security logs are stored for up to 90 days for fraud prevention purposes. All other data is deleted completely and irrevocably.
